At Hofstra Law School, the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal published Ms. Hatami's article, Educating the Masses: Expanding Title VII to Include Sexual Orientation in the Education Arena, and this analysis proved fruitful in the Supreme Court's decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, 140 S. Ct. 1731 (2020). She understands and has advocated for both sides of the "v" in litigation.
Ms. Hatami is proud to serve her community with her legal services. She is President of the Tinton Falls Rotary Club, a member of the Tinton Falls Zoning Board of Adjustment, and serves on her church's Vestry.
